With out seeing the mating surfaces its hard to say, if I was you I would clean both surfaces and use some RTV on both sides of the gasket and then bolt it down.

TFI module could have fouled your plugs, or your coil. When you floor these cars the ecm shuts the injectors off. It helps it start from having too much fuel or a weak spark.

Your 95 mustang should not be reading out 2 digit codes. The 94-95 cars use a 3 digit code. How are you checking the codes?

probly not, but you would probly use alot more fuel than needed. If you hook it up and notice drivability issues, then its likely that your pump is weak.

After it sits for a while, the fuel pressure slowly bleeds off back into the tank. This allows air into the lines, it takes some cranking before the air can be fully purged out of the fuel lines....
