I'd guess you actually have a gas leak somewhere...

I'd guess you actually have a gas leak somewhere under the hood. Raw gas smell means just that, nothing else smells like it. And when you run the AC, the odors are getting sucked in by the HVAC...

You can set your TPS voltage anywhere between .5...

You can set your TPS voltage anywhere between .5 to 1.1 volts. Anything in-between those #'s is where you want to be. The myth of .98 volts being the sweet spot is just that......a myth.

A starter solenoid may or may not click when bad....

A starter solenoid may or may not click when bad. You can jump the terminals with 2 big screw drivers that you don't care about. Engine should turn over then.... then you'll know if the solenoid...
