I bought my Koni STR.T's from Sam and I'm very happy with the results. Stock springs, FRPP LCA's. No more hippity hop over little bumps in the turns and definitely worth the money.

Darn near impossible to have heat issues with the Steeda heat shield. It's made of stainless steel. I went with the Steeda and BamaChips tune and I'm very happy with the setup.

I bought the FRPP GT500 lca's. They're a big improvement over stock. They don't have to be lubed, just put 'em on and go! I think list price on them is $135, but can be had for less from FRPP dealers.

one thing to keep in mind, even though you may not drive in snow, the cold temps may not be compatible with the rubber formulation. The rubber could become hard as a rock and not bit into the road...

Mine does the same thing. That's how a REAL shifter operates. Not like the rubber weeny from the factory where 3rd gear selection is a hit or miss proposition.
