You still have to take the seat out of the car to disconnect the mechanism and lower it.
Is your passenger seat power as well?
If so, you could swap motors...

295s will fit on a 9" rim, I've done it. But it was on a 20 inch rim on a 06 Stang...and depending on the offset, it could rub the sway bar or inside the rail or both.

The water will the rise and go through the cabin filter opening.
From there, your carpet will turn into a sponge....

My car did it and so was EVERY other one that I put my hands on....
