No way to really know without a vin. A lot of people have put later body parts on older mustangs. It looks 87-93. Check the 10th digit of the vin.

Unless you did a lot of machine work on the heads or block your pushrods should be stock length. Buying new hardened ones would be cheap insurance though. I'd be more inclined to match new lifters...

Stock length is right at 6.27 I believe so they probably are stock. Hydraulic lifters are also more forgiving of slight discrepancies but it's always good to check.

If it got to the floor boards it got to the starter. It sits low on the passenger side and it doesn't take much to lock up the starter. Give it a few taps with a hammer and see if it will turn over.
