Default Built 4R70W + 10" 4000 high stall converter

This here is a fully built 4R70W AODE transmission designed for 600HP applications. It was professionally built by a transmission shop (Independent transmission in Ventura, CA) and has all the internals for high horsepower applications. It has a stage 2 Trans Go shift kit installed as well. The torque converter was custom built by Mike’s Transmission in Lancaster, CA and is designed to stall at 4000 RPM with 400 engine HP (remember, stall speed varies with engine output). The torque converter has a 11.5 inch bolt pattern so it will fit on a stock flex plate. I ran this setup on my 1996 GT for about a month and 2000 miles before deciding to go with a 5 speed setup. I paid almost $1000 for the torque converter and $2000 for the transmission build so I am firm at a sale price of $1500. Call for questions or appointments. (661) 361-5520. I will only do local pickups. I live in zip code 91789.
