Im looking to rent out a downstairs bedroom in a 2350 sq ft house. This room has a spacious closet with extra storage space. Full access to whole house which includes loft, formal dining room, living room w/fireplace and a gorgous kicten. Room is very private from the rest of the house.

Looking for $525 a month which includes all utilities-electric and water.
