GUYS, GREAT NEWS!!!! I just got official support from the Stang Gang. anyone who does not know they are an extremely large group of stangers here on the west coast. Someone please confirm the cruise route as they are requesting the info. For anyone wondering on numbers this could mean in excess of 30 stangs coming from this area to Central Orlando. Can central Fla handle it....I know they can...We will be leaving from here at 4:30 pm on Saturday July 14th and heading your way...we will meet up with you between 6 and 6:30....at the Millenia Mall by Nieman Marcus...I advised the stang gang adminstrator that we would probably cruise from there around 7-7:30. We could seriously end up with 50-60 stangs....so lets plan the route...someone step up and plan it as I am here in Tampa and do not know the best route to go....after we meet there for a cruise...Someone....lets get a plan...Onfir has the phone number list...I am heading up the western division...lets blow them all away...let me know something rather quick as they are wanting as much info as possible to advise their club members...TJ

ok i just got a good idea.. i will make map, using google earth or somethigm.. and highlight the roads we will take, and then that wat if we get split up at lights, or on I-4.. or where ever, we will still end up at the same place..


how long of a cruise are you guys wanting to do?.. if there are that many stangs.. i would be up for like a 20-40 minutre time period of just curinig the streets, I-4, 17-92, 50, local smaller streets.. im up for it all.. and then meet at the bank or something, and then head to winghouse, and then hit orange ave, where all the clubds are about 11 ish.. and do one final pass by there with all the stangs and our bad ass exhuast, and then from there do your own thing, go home, meet the other guys some where again, whatever.. but after orange ave in downton orlando, were down.. (about 1100 pm)

let me know what you think of this, and i will make a schedule/map to show the route, and etc.

WOW, I am REALLY pumped about this cruise!! 60+ 'Stangs?? Someone should definitly call channel 13 news, that would be sweet.

lets just be careful with alerting the media...while it could be cool...I dont know what Orlando's ordinances are on public gatherings etc....

Chef, do any of your brothers fron the Stang Gang have a way to contact Mid Florida Mustang Club (orlando Area). I went to their web site but could not find any contact info to let them know whats going on. They meet 2nd Saturday of the month (July14th), I thought we could get some of them to attend also.

Chef has a point.... Looked up the ordinance and if you want to call it a loophole regarding cruising don't pass the same spot twice within 2 hours.... It's all silly... What happened to freedom? Damn! Wow, this is gonna be huge.....And way to take the challenge of planning the route GTStang, just make sure you take us where we can the maximum amount of heads...

Also, at first I thought maybe alerting the media would be cool and in a way it would be because then a lot of people will know about it, but then again, we would be alerting law enforcement at the same time and they will be crawling in all of our a$$e$.........

With this many cars, I think it would be a good chance to check into the Old Town idea...theres a lot of traffic that goes thru there and what better way to impress the Stang Gang than with lights, girls, cars and more girls! If we can talk to them, we can do it like the classic cars do when they cruise thru those streets while all the people at old town line the side walks and gaze at our rides......Just and ide, and if not, im still down with cruisin sr50.
