I'm in southern Pa. Only about 45 min. from Belcamp. Hope to see everyone there. I put out about 20 flyers so far hope they draw some interest. Lots of Stangs around here.

Can anyone recommend a decent, cheap hotel that's not too far away that we could just "show up" at? Or one that I can cancel the reservations at without penalty if the weather is crappy? If I come in, it'd be the night before since it's all getting started so early in the AM..
I shot the flyer over to a buddy at work who came to the one last August (man that was hot!) and he's pretty sure he'll be there. Don't know if he'll end up contacting you or just show up though.
Way to get the info to him, as you touch base with those guys (old and new) incourage them to register rather than just showing up. There are deposits and such we gotta secure.

The weather will effect everyone, besides me there are allot of guys that do not drive in crappy weather. As for the trailering, it would not be the first time we had cars show up on a flat bed. Make sure you have a stack of fliers to get to the guys at the ISCA indoor show. I will shoot you a PM later today with some hotels that the out of town guys stay the night before in. I do not know pricing but they are a few minutes from the first stop with one or two letting you look over at the meeting location.
Guys---Some ideas for you to get the fliers out are, college campus, libraries, grocery stores, community boards, auto stores, local ford dealerships, tint shops, radio station blogs, 7/11's and local car gatherings just to name a few off the top. Just ask if its alright before you post of leave them. Thanks for your efforts!

Geeez you should have not said anything, we might have thought it was "The Hoff" lol Anyway last year we had 42 Mustangs at one and on another one we had 103. People can't just wait for it to become bigger, we need them to get on board to MAKE IT BIGGER. I know how it works with the guys so I understand what you are saying. No way to know what to expect this early. As I have always said, if we have 3 Mustangs OR 300 I will be one of them and cruisin. The flier is below guys.........[sm=shades.gif]
