Default Performance shops in Daytona Beach Florida

Hello, I have a 1968 Ford Mustang that recently had a brand new 347 stroker installed. The engine was built and tuned at altitude (Denver, CO) and was shipped here to central florida. Can anyone recommend a reputable and reliable performance shop that can properly tune a high performance engine? Any help would be appreciated as I am new to this area.
