what can i do to fix this?
my gas pedal is too low after it got stuck a couple of times...

Seems like it's still not fully returning- the throttle isn't close all the way. Check the return springs and that nothing is interfering with the cable. Make sure it's properly attached at both ends, and to the firewall.
