which are better the GT40 Iron or aluminum heads

aluminum heads are always better unless you must run cast, i would always go with aluminum not just because of weight savings, but also the flow differences. that and if they a GT40-P heads they just flat SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

there are 3 different heads GT-40 Y303,GT-40p and the Gt-40x i prefer aluminum because of weight and better heat dissipation I think the GT-40x are the aluminum ones but not sure
