Default EEC-IV Identification - help, getting mixed information

I've done a far amount of research about this EEC, and I am getting three different answers. All I need to know is: 1) what is it from? (to make sure the engine build meets the factory tables), 2) auto or manual programming?

I have posted two pictures. The paper stickers on the other side DOES NOT have the Broadcast Code on it, nor does is say A9L or A9P. About the only thing everyone agrees on is that it's a 1989 EEC.

LOL. Great.... well I bought a used EFI kit, and everything seems to off of a 1989 F-150. I can tell by the the ugly intake with the dual hoses, and the speed density setup. I think the Mustang switched over to MAF in 1989.

Which computer should I look for then?
