Default strut tower brace

i have an 89 converted to carb i was wondering if a strut tower brace for an earlier carb mustang would fit. im doing coil overs and i want to make sure my strut towers wont flex.

A strut tower brace for a 79-93 will work for all years. The differences for them are the intake. 87-93 have to bend around for the intake and intake tube. So to answer your question yes a 79-85 strut tower brace will fit a 87-93.
