Default switchin from efi to carb, any ideas

so i have a 95 gt vert with a 331 stroker kit, trickflow stage 1 cam, lifters, chrome molley pushrods, roller rockers, edlebrock heads, and i had an edlebrock pro performer 5.0 intake upper and lower intake and a cold air intake, 70mm throttle body, 24 lb injectors and decided to go with a carb set up, i sold the intake throttle body, injectors and all that any ideas on what set up i should go with for the intake and carb, and what all do i need to do to do this swap successfully. Any ideas?

Depends on where you whant to go with it. I'm running an Edelbrock performer 650 carb and intake on my 84. You really don't need to go any bigger than that with 331.

the 331 will do that^^^^^ but you need a better h/c/i to realize your goal, build it right and do it once and it'll be cheaper in the long run, you didn't state which eddy heads you have?? , I wouldn't use the tfs-1 cam in the 331 to achieve your goal and intake, you should start with a victor jr and heads, the tfs fac 190 heads are a gould choice and get a cam meant for the stroker, a custom one is my choice to match the combo, and carb??? once the carb specialists such as Pro systems or bigs perfomance know your combo, they will set you up with the proper carb, I did just this for my 247 and I' ended up running a bigs performace stage 5 750 carb capable of 780cfm
