Default Power Steering Pressure line

I need to replace the power steering pressure line on my 1990 CHP SSP and can't seem to get to it without taking the entire rack off the vehicle. Does anyone know the work around for this issue or do i indeed have to take off the entire rack to get the line off? Thanks in advance for the help!

I had to do mine this past weekend, and I was able to use Crows Feet to get the line disconnected without taking the entire rack off. A crows foot looks like a wrench head, but has a 3/8" socket connection. You will also need an extension.
