Sounds like you want to go carb, but you want some support. Soooo Do it! lol keep all your old stuff if you want to go back EFI and then you can sale the carb stuff to up grade your EFI if you want to go back. So do it!

so thinking about this more. apparently ic can just pull the pump use this http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...l-Sending-Unit and leave my stock sending unit in the tank so the gauge will work. all ill be using would be the fuel lines from this part to supply the carbed setup.

I'm doing a carb on a 95 gt soon as well and I'd say it's better even if I'm 17 I grew up on carbs and to me it's easier and cheaper to work on cause you can do it at home
