Are you sure everything is plugged in correctly? Also, when you separate the bulb and then put it back together, you need to make sure it is fully locked in or the high beams wont come on. If that all doesnt solve it, check the blue plastic connector to make sure there is a good connection with the stock harness. If the metal tabs in the plug are not connected to the stock harness, then the high beams will not work. Finally, if that doesnt fix it, check to make sure you did not blow the high beam headlamp fuse. If you still have more problems, call us at 1.800.618.9350 and we'll figure it out. Thanks!

ok i went out and retried it and i got the drivers side highbeam to work but the passenger side just stays on low beam mode when i flick it. also the lights dont look blue they look white with a slight bit of blue, i thought 8000k were really blue. is there a way to verify on the bulb or something to make sure i got the 8000k thanks!
ill go mess with the passenger side bulb again and get back to you.

Good deal, most of the time, its installation error. Its not hard to install, but there are small things that if not done right, will make the HIDs inoperable.
