Default how to do a 5 lug conversion

I have a 89 5.0 mustang and have axles, 3.73 gears, and a spool but i need it to be 5 lug.
How should i do this?
Can i just go to the yunk yard and get 94-95 spindles and everything on it, and ranger drums?

I read thatI need to put spacers on the lower ball joints.
Can I get a tubular A arm with sn95 ball joints from a 94-95 at the junk yard too?
Since I'm already taking parts off the 94-95 mustang it will be easier to take the drumsoff it instead of the ranger or does it have to be ranger drums?

Most people go with a 5 lug conversion from Ford Racing. Otherwise, you could try to source all of the parts of a junked 5 lug.
