Do you plan on purchasing new shocks & struts, as well as camber plates at the exact same time as your springs? That will help me in recommending the proper spring for you.

Sincerely,

are shocks struts camber plates etc. required to lower your car or just recommended? again i'm on a very tight budget bc i just bought my tuner and intake and i'm a college student, i don't care too much if the ride is stiff or bumpy etc? but i know you def know your stuff so what do you think? i want a visually low ride

Well to lower your car as much as you're asking to lower it, I'd say they are strongly recommended. I would not suggest lowering it that much, if you do not plan on purchasing those items.

It sounds like you want to lower over 1.5 inches, because you're unhappy with the look of that drop. So lets say you wanted to drop 2 inches. There is the Eibach Sportline kit, H&R Super Sport, or StangSuspension Series IIsprings which lower about that much.

If you purchase aftermarket shocks & struts, expect a better, smoother, more controlled ride. The camber plates will help align the car after lowering, which will be a necessity at that drop. At minimum, go with Camber Bolts, which will help you save money but still get the job done.
