Default Control arm bushing will not fit?

I got the smaller side done with no problems but now on the the big side it looks like the bushing is too large for the shell. I guess it may fit if I press it in hard enough but there's no way it's going in as easy as the other side. Plus the inside of the shell has some kind of protrusions in it. Is this normal or what should I do?
