Default quad shocks and control arms

Hey I just bought some used MAC solid upper and lower control arms and bout new bushings and installed them.

I was wonderinf if I should keep the quad shocks in or take them out?

they are out right now, but i want to know the benefit of having them in or out?

whats better?

thanks for any info

(this is for a 2000 GT coupe)

Default RE: quad shocks and control arms

The quad shocks can be removed if good quality, aftermarket control arms are installed. Control arms do a much better jobof controlling the axle than the quad shocks do.
