set-up for 1990 4cly.

I need a good set-up for a 1990,lowered about an inch. what's a good starting point for a daily driver. caster, camber,toe-in. what about bumpsteer? tire wear is of a consern so nothing to agressive? i'm new to this. any help will be appreciated
