I'd say $150-300 it really depends on the hourly rate of the shop.

I wouldnt pay for more than 4 labor hours, at any rate.

Go look in the v6 section, I wrote a big how-to on lowering, that anyone can follow. The labor to have it done cost more than all the equipment you'd need to install it yourself.
