Default Bilstein HD shocks/struts

At one point in time someone told me that these shocks/struts were 1 inch shorter than my factory ones? I have a 99 GT vert. I just wanted to confirm if this was true or not. Thanks!

I dont know about the overall length... but I do know they allow for more strut travel.

Allowing for more strut travel means that they will not bottom out easily on lowered cars.

Sincerely,
