Default Steeda 2010 GT Front Aero Spolier

We are just finishing with development and are now moving forward into production of our 2010 Mustang front splitter.

Like our previous splitters this piece will enhance front aerodynamics and produce downforce at high speeds. In the next 30 days we should have a rear spoiler ready to match it.

Here are some pictures. These pictures are of the final prototype piece but photo-shopped for color only.
The piece on the car had a primer gray finish and rather than painting it over and over again we used photoshop to give everyone an idea what it would look like finished.

The first series of pictures shows the splitter done to match the red color of the vehicle it was installed on. We also changed the color of the rocker panels and rear lower trim panel to match.

This next series of pictures show the splitter painted black to match the factory rocker panels and rear lower trim.

Your feedback is appreciated!

I do not have an 2010, but I will say that you did a good job on this splitter. I really think everything looks better when painted to match the body color.

I like the looks from directly in front, but I'm not sure I like how far out front it sits. I think the front tip of it needs to be in a little tighter. Overall pretty nice.

In general the response has been better with the black, glad you appreciate the match.
Let's hope you feel the same way when we roll out the rear.

I agree that the front shot looks the best.
I have similar doubts about the length as well, but I'm assuming that that extra inch means a great deal to the performance of this piece.
I'm hoping that the rear splitter works as a perfect compliment, offsetting that extra inch in the front.

Yeah, so far for the '10 it's the best I've seen.

was really looking forward to this frontend. But I have to say I'm NOT impressed! (you wanted honesty)
it looks too boxy and unfinished.... I really like the look of the front of the 05 though. Should have stayed with that sort of design.
