I just sent in my SCT programmer to Gus at Steeda about 2 to 3 weeks ago as I traded a 2008 GT in on a 2011 GT. I had Gus erase the previous tunes that I had for the 08 and put in 3 custom tunes for my 11. I received it back about a week ago. Being that I work a lot of hours, I have not had time to drive my new Mustang much, so I have not put the Steeda CAI on it or loaded any of the new tunes.
However, Gus just called me today to see if I had loaded the tunes and if so, how I liked the performance and if I had any questions or concerns. Tell you what, it has been a very long time since any company has called about a product they have sold me to see if I am happy with it.
Hats off to Guss at Steeda for excellent customer service. This unexpected call shows that they really care about their customers!
