I wished I would have posted the story about me beating my hubby last year. But I didn't know this section was here.

He had just bought a brand new Dodge Rumble Bee...and some mods to it. I didn't pay much attention as to what.
So one night we decide to see who was faster. We slowed down to make sure we caught a red light...looked around and made sure no one was around. Then...the light turned green and I pulled him a good bit...without even trying that hard. I had him beat...he would never admit to it.

But...the next week he traded his brand new truck for an '03 GT.

I work mostly with truck guys and they all have overinflated egos about their big horse power bed-draggers. Sure, trucks can be modded to be fast........and there are some models that roll off the factory floor pretty fast.......but in the end, alot of these trucks/SUV guys think that they are GOD on the road. They really believe that they have it all........torque, cargo capacity, and sadly.....many think that their superior HP numbers means they can beat any car with less HP than them.
Someone who knows how to make a truck fast is someone to watch out for. But most guys around my area think that putting loud aftermarket exhaust is all they need to beat anyone that they see on the roads. Just humor them.......and stomp them in the ground.

I give congrats when I lose too, exept for the ls1 deaths, but thats only cause I cat see them anymore. Try racing a ricer they are always poor sports. Its a guaranteed flyby. In ricer races flyby=win

Ricers are the worst to race! They don't even have a car worth racing half the time...but they insist. So I bring it.
I usually beat them just so I can get away from that awful fart pipe sound.
I realized why they have those loud fart pipes...it's so they can't hear people laughing at them.
