no no dont get it wrong, its not an US Air Force operated airbase!!
it is actually Czech Air Force abandoned airbase rented for Czech Vettes& SuperBikes meeting
I guess being on an airbase is like little America in the middle of Europe, Cause when I visited Germany back in the mid 90's I was hard pressed to find an American car...

actually I think Chevy doesnt sell them here, so all that are here are individual imports. "Imports" hehe!!!?? How does that word sound to your ear?
I think my friends price tag for everything to get it here was about $ 55 k and it has full equipment incl head up display and sat navigation.

That is one hell of a deal since the msrp on a coupe w/ nav and full equipment is $55K. So it's like him getting off with paying import tax and the transport fees. I think since GM is trying to move out the 2006 models for the new 2007's that deals are easier to be found...............Only upgrade on the 07's is the stereo controls are located on the steering wheels. (which is no big deal...)

RE: 06 Charger STR 6.1
to clear up some misinformation...
the srt-8 sedans are well capable of 12s, straight out of the box. their advertised 425hp has been proven by several sources to be much lower than the actual output. i have seen several run in the 12s stock in person, and ive seen some run in the low 13s stock...the torque mgmt system is difficult to get the hang of, and just mashing it at the line will hurt your times. also, those low 13s/high 12s are typically trapping much faster than many low 13 second cars..the one that i saw a few weeks back ran something like a 12.98@107...
ive driven a 300c srt8 on a closed circuit, and i thought that it pulled every bit as hard as my car...
but its still a boat of a sedan..dodge goes to all of the trouble to pack a ton of power into it, when they could put a little effort into weight reduction and actually make them fast.
