I've seen 14.2 at 101MPH with these cars bone stock
Mr.IwannaEclipsenow to the rescue! same decent trap and crappy ET as my notch with an exhaust, my 60' was embarassing as hell though with a worn out stock suspension and 4season 205 tires, are they FWD or what? [:'(][&:]
no I was just saying... I'm sure he can beat one... but when it gets a jump he's not just going to catch up like he's racing a geo, let off the throttle, and then put lengths on him.... it would be a slow slow pull on his part IMO... the stang would just slowly walk it, not zoom off like a nasa space shuttle
huh? ...i wasn't arguing, just wanted to figure out why they had such crappy ETs with a decent trap speed ...Quick Shot covered it, i thought they were RWD or AWD for some reason.

yeah it was a newer model as in latest body style
i was pulling up on him pretty quick tho, for whatever reason- might've missed a gear or somethin who knows

anyways, so to my gt i've got it with a full exhaust system, short headers, underdrive pulleys, complete air intake system with throttle boddy, tuner chip, and that's it!- haven't dyno'd it yet, so the hp/trq is unknown at this point
- but it's loud... and quick!

I wouldn't be suprised if it was the new GT.

Manual with a bad driver or an automatic GT is easily possible.

That's all you had to say... now it's perfectly spoken for

def give you a big jump from stock... it's supposed to be really close stock for stock, so that's a good first kill.. I had the same setup as you minus the U/D's and I ran 240RWHP at 280LBS... but I was automatic... I had 04 GTO's, stage2 SRT4's, mildly modded LT1'sand alot of decent cars under my belt.

so get out there and murder 'em

As in new body style you mean the 00-05 or the 06-07's?

Because the new new body style is pushing about 263... But the 00-05's arent that quick without a good chunk of change in them...
