Default RE: Gt vs WS6?

First it's sweet that your girl drives a WS6 and not just a firebird. Second it is even better if she does have a few MOD's. Third it's a stick and if she can drive it in heels she's a keeper. And last bot not least on the list of why she is so great is if shewould spot you at least 2 car lengths because she could take you all day probably even missing a gear in those heels.

Actually i dunno. Never seen her romp her WS6. I used to take my blown 92 5.0 to the strip occasionally, so i do have SOME experience. I will have the Brespeed tune. Been waitin a week for it. I oughta look for some delete plates too apparently.

Yea, this is one of those times where your girl being a good "stick handler" would be a bad thing for you.[8D]
Seriously, if she is a decent driver in that car she should get you. The best u can hope for is that she folds under pressure when "gittin time" is on........but even then u won't trump the WS6. Not with your current mod anyway.

Depends completely on how far you go and your launches. Ive seen more than one LS1 driver on bannana-peel street tires pull 14 after 14 after 14... They are capable of high 12's but your more likely to see mid 13's from most people.

If you can out launch her and your going to exactly a 1/4, then you can possibly take her. You go any farther, no matter how bad you kill her off the line, and she's gonna fly right by you.

I dont know. I had a 2001 corvette with intake and corsa exhaust. My neighbor had a 2001 or 2002 ws6 and I used to beat him all the time. I think with the GT, a quarter mile race with the brenspeed tune will be close but im pretty sure she'll have you top end just because of the 6 speed. But Im thinking quarter mile is a drivers race. If I remember correctly the WS6 only has 325 hp stock, thats not to scary, or at least nothing a good tune cant take care of.

Triton with all due respect if you couldn't take a stock WS6 with a Modded vette you should have handed in your drivers license! But to use that as the basis for what our mustang's can due is not the same. But I see by now driving a Mustang you are an intelligent individual so I am sureyou had the best intentions.

Yea if you beleive the BS factory ratings. They put down 300 rwhp pretty regular.
