yeah that and the car is easy to mod and make some decent power and with any car that can make power comes the hike in insurance
The "modability" of a car has nothing to do with its insurance rates.
Theft rate
Crash safety
Repair costs
Power to weight
Locale
Amount driven
Those are factors of insurance costs.
There are far more modded Honda Civic's around than Cobalt SS's period, but you don't see those insurance rates skyrocketed. I've seen a 4door Turbo D16 civic run a low 13.

actually i was just posting a video... i could care less about arguing i am more or less here to learn about the cars
OK, I want you to read this post twice so you really understand it.
By joining a Mustang forum and making your first post a vid of a Mustang getting killed, did you honestly think it would not cause a stir? This site welcomes all kinds of car people, but make sure you remember your place here.

Look at your URL, what does it say... "www.MUSTANGforums.com", I'm sure there is plenty mustang kill threads at Cobaltss.net that you could take part in.
actually i believe the only kills i ever posted was one on a modded tbss and one on a gto. I am usally in the tech side of things over there. Alot of my buddies have stangs and we have raced before but i never posted any results. I don't like to bash cars really hence why i never said a bad thing about the ponies
