Recent street race in VA kills 8 people. After 2 cars did burnouts before starting a street race smoked filled the air behind the cars. After the 2 cars took off, spectators stepped into the street to watch the race. An un-suspecting driver drove through the cloud of smoke at over 50 MPH thinking it was fog apparently. He crashed through the crowd of people killing 7 at the scene. An 8th person later died in the hospital.


Sure the spectators were stupid for stepping into the street, but this could have been easily avoidedby taking it to the track.

That's alright. This is a great section. If you want to read about other member's opinions about that issue, look back a few pages. I don't remember the specific thread titles, but I'm sure you can recognize them yourself. I know there are at least two threads in this section about the same thing.

the person who drove through the fog was stupid aswell...

there has got to be once serious burnout to produce enough of that to make you think there is a "fog". usually fog covers a large area... not just a street corner...



oh and the kids were stupid as **** too...
