Luckily these 14 second Maximas, Camrys, Accords, etc are still the top of the line version of these cars. More often than not you will run into the I4 versions of these cars....not every one of these models are running with 250+hp V6s in them. Well I guess the Maxima only has the V6 in it.

Either way I'm not worried about it quite yet.

^ True, but at the rate they're going, the base I4 models will be mid 14's before too long....[&o]

Those MS3's can hit 13's with just intake, exhaust and a tune. And what scg said, those 4 door sedans are pretty damn quick these days.
True and high 12's with simple bolt ons....

dude ms3 run 14 maybe some high 13's in the 1/4 stock, with simple bolt ons which i believe you are refering to cai and a catback or even a downpipe i dont think the ms3 will be hitting 12's, unless you had upgraded the turbo and found tuning for it it will be kind of hard hitting 12's, and theres no tuning yet for them, im not saying its not possible im saying its hard with simple bolts on.

No, I'm saying it's been DONE with an intake, turbo back exhaust, fuel pump and mbc@18psi. CAR# 104...

And I know there's no real tuning... I have an MS3.... there are 3 piggybacks out that can't do crap yet....

Currently, there are only two known MS3's to hit 12's...

Here is a video of the 12.7 car. It has a modded stock airbox, Midpipe, and mbc@18psi. It is also running 24" slicks... so that explains alot.

just imagine how people with an NPI feel when they race an accord with their V8.
Or a new edge V6 with manual tranny

All i can say is... wow... i was out cruising around tonight for some pretty decent races when I first ran in to this guy driving a nice looking hatch 2008 mazda speed 3. By the looks, it was nice, did i expect it to be fast .. hell no. To my surprise this guy walked my stock stang like no tomorrow. I could not believe it.Turns out the car weighs 400 pounds less than a 99-04 gt and comes with 263 hp stock. Wow-wah-wee-wah. So with my ego crushed after being beat by a hatch, i continue to cruise around. I end up next to a guy in an 08 accord coupe v6. So now i was pretty happy and just waiting to take my anger out on this accord, but when we took off he surprisingly stayed right next to me... =O. I was like wth not again. So we raced again this time from a digg, and i was sure i would take him now. this time i pull about half a car because of the torque advantage but then he manages to catch right back up and by the middle of 3rd gear he begins to pull on me. =O!! yes this is an accord. again to my surprise i find out that the new accord v6's have 268 hp stock. Is it just me or are they making cars faster and faster? this is ridiculous we shouldnt have to worry about accords and mazdas beating us damm... oh well.. sorry i just had to rant. my ego = -100 now.
You're comparing apples to oranges. Stick with similar generations. That's like comparing the current Gen of S197 to the GM's and Dodges of 2011.
