Actually, the V6 Coupe Genesis willis supposed to have little over 300hp with premium fuel! I'm liking them so far. These new cars are getting crazy.

Did anyone else reading the original post imagine a Mustang basher sitting there typing like a Mustang owner in the 1st person?

Not that either of the races are far fetched, but a decent driver should have taken the Altima, especially from a dig.

I'm yet to see 14 flat times for the car mentioned. I'm not sure about the Mazda 3 though.

edit: replace Altima with Accord

See the post above for a 12.7/12.9 run of the Mazda...

I take stock and lightly modded GT's on the highway all the time... typically they get a good head start from a dig though....

I dyno'ed 267/280 at the wheels @ 3200lbs.

Lol what makes you think that a stock gt would be so sure to win against the accord? My stock 02 gt is 260 hp... the accord is just about 270 hp and weighs quite a bit less.

Torque difference. What isthe curb weight of the Accord in question? The GT should be right around 3450.

High 12s isnt to hard to imagine. My SRT-4 ran a 12.8 on slicks on the stock turbo. A GT has got to blow you away from a stop though. That launch control the MS3 hasis for the birds. Does it hinder a launch on slicks or has someone found a way to defeat the launch control part of the pcm logic?

I've never actually raced but according to my dyno numbers. I should run 8s on street tires.
