dude you can be dead sure it was not a srt8, there are two hemis a 5.7 and a 6.1. chances are he raced a RT charger which weighs around 4200lbs + two people and huge wheels (More weigh and more inertia) making the car slower than what it is. The outcome seems about right. Good run coop

note: Srt8 are low 13s cars not mid 13s

Agreed, those cars only need three things.

1. Less weight
2. Better gearing
3. Manual Gearbox
