I'm not saying hes a liar but theres a lot more to that story when a blown Mach keeps up with a 600WHP car that's at least 200 pounds lighter. I mean what does the average blown mach trap? 117-120? The Vette is going to be an easy high 120 trapping car. I mean come on, the vette is ahead after second and doesn't run off on the Mach? Only a guy rich enough to afford a lingenfelter could drive it bad enough to lose.

I've never actually raced but according to my dyno numbers. I should run 8s on street tires.

BB I'm sure you've seen your share of cars that should be in the low 12s and high 11s running 14s and 15s at the track. Anything is possible on the street, especially in the cold weather with over 500 whp.

I agree with you BB and understand what you are saying. Maybe the vette driver was slow shifting. Maybe with the bad driving, Subotai is a really good driver. There are a ton of things to factor in.
Subotai- Just to validate, what kind of #'s do you have?

I was just saying. I've seen an older gentleman at E-town with a KB cobra with all types of suspension mods and DRs in the mid 14s all afternoon. He was kind of pissed that I was faster than him with less than 1/2 the whp he had.

LOL......beast I agree with you. If it had been some of the numb nuts on here posting I would probably be pounding on my keyboard
Given the source I have to believe that the driver of the Vette must have been road apples behind the wheel or the car wasn't what it was badged to be. I tend to prefer the latter since massive ponies usually make up for it on the upper end unless the guy was seriously short shifting.

You can never have too much power, just not enough traction. 11.867 @ 119.35
Ok, at least I'm not the first one to throw the BS flag! What mods do you have on your Mach??? I'd expect a pretty healthy beating from a car that's probably making more power than a ZR1. I dont care how bad the driver is once that car grabs traction it's gone. I'm not trying to start a fight but unless you have a serious sized turbo, blower, or huge shot of N2o I don't really see this happening.
Come on BB, that info is located where you would look first. An S/S vet. falling off his game. j/k
^^^^USMC, if thats the case then I'm confused, those numbers would not having him hanging with a stock Z06. I'm guessing he has improved upon those numbers as he said the Vette would probably need close to 500rwhp to hang with him.
