I agree, I really wish I had run mine stock just to see what I could have pulled out of it.

Proc, run it stock man. Take the tuner and CAI just in case (swapping out the CAI in these things is like a 5 minute job man, and another 5 to install the canned tunes (raise those shift points / rev limiter when you do install it). So worse comes to worse you get a stock run and a CAI/tuner run.

You going to MIR to make these runs?

That's my thoughts, why run 12.90's-13.00's if I could go 12.60's-12.70's.

No, I have to go tonight because I have plans with my wife for the weekend. First time at Capital in 3years. What should I set the shift points to and what rev limiter. Thanks guys. I am still thinking about which why.

Run it stock... Personally I would rather see what the car does first then mod... I see too many people slapping on 5K in mods the weekend they get a car and then coming home with slower than stock timeslips. Running stock gives you a great baseline to go from... no different to me than getting a baseline dyno.

Select raised shifts under the transmission menu (modify tune option before installing it, the canned tunes don't allow you to manually set the shift points, only allows a general 'raised shift points'), then go back and set the limiter 300 higher than stock. That's all you should change, just as an FYI the canned tunes in the most recent versions are freaking rich as hell.

Nah, car is waiting on the new bumper from the tap I got last weekend. Plus, the weather is calling for some nice thunderstorms this weekend (damnit). But we need to setup a time to meet up @ MIR sometime man

I guess you can get a stock run in, but for comparison wise, I don't think it will be all that great since you will only be doing a couple of runs stock. Now if you had a few months with it being stock, then that would be a whole new ball game. It's not like you are going to go out there your first or second run and squeeze out the best run you could possibly get out of it.

Wouldn't hurt to do one run in it stock though.
