my stepdad has an arrest me red 08 ls3 with kooks headers, catted x pipe, corsa extreme, msd coil packs, wires, and boot covers, and vararam killerbee cold air. its tuned with a diablosport predator making just about 400 to the wheels.
as for the sitting in passenger seat than driving your own..i totally agree..my car hasnt moved other than to take it to the track for 1 day lol
Vararam and killer bee are two different intake systems. The killer bee is made by Halltech. Also your dad is losing a lot of power with the predator tune. He needs to take it to a shop that deals with Corvettes and have it dyno tuned.

This thread is great. It has half the mustang guys in the ss section wanting vette's. They are beasts. Those ls3 are crazy, I was at the track last weak and a guy ran back to back 11.3x's with only a cam and a stall converter. And the second run was with maybe a ten minute brake while we waited in line for another run. He pobably would have been near 11 flat if the weather would have been cooler, i believe it was close to 80 degrees out. He was a really cool guy, on the second run he was tuning the car with his laptop. I was like i wish i knew enough about cars to do that.
Yea corvettes are maybe my fav car (besides mine). I think id just buy a c6 (black, red, or white) and just do a full exhaust, cam, and inake. It would be a SICK DD no doubt. God its got me drooling.
Ever since I rode in a z06 at Barrett Jackson last year I have wanted one. Those are a blast to ride in. I'm not old enough and definitely don't have enough money though...
All this talk about Corvette's, where is BicketyBam?
