12.6 is good man congrats!!
You think it's possible to get into the 11 on drag radials??
I feel like yes, but don't have enough experience to really say for sure. When I look at my average runs compared tomy best, and lack of launch skill / traction, it seems like it would be possible.

when you say s/c you dont mean supercharger do you? IF you are then slow times. If not, great times lol.
I would think that even with the poor 60' times you would still be in the 12's. Like the op said the driver mod really makes a difference. Last time i was out, there was a gt500 out there and the guy ran a 13.xx and a 14. Then the next run he gets a 12.0x. But, a 12.6 is pretty good for street tires and 4.10's. I'm surprised the op was able to pull a 1.9. Makes me confident that my car will do well since i will pretty much have same setup (Saleen + 4.10's) except i will have mt dr's, upper and lower control arms, and an adjustable panhard bar. I can't wait to get my car from the shop and hit the track
Not as easy as it looks huh? lol. I always say this : Drag racing is easy to do, but hard to do well.
What you want to do is find a method which makes the car run consistent times : example
hold the car at 2500 rpms on the line and shift at like 5000 rpms.
bracket racing is about consistency, not performance.......
performance is for racing your buddies at a test and tune night. My best is posted below this and I will usually dial in about 14.9 or so.

12.6 on your first time out isn't bad at all. IMO I don't think your car has 11s in it with just those mods and DRs, you'd need at least a full exhaust and maybe a couple more bolt-ons. Your car definitely has more in it and just a set of DRs could probably have your car in the 12.3-12.4 range consistently. The best mod though would be lots of practice, my first time out I was running low 15s and high 14s in a car that now runs low low 14s with no other mods other than lots of practice.

+1. You need some better tires and suspension because your 60 foot is killing you. If your blown you should be trapping higher than that. Either way you had fun and thats what counts.

Well, to be honest those 13.xx kinda embarrass me with a supercharger, but it was my first time and every person I talked to said oh, you're on street tires, sorry LOL. Also the fact that one of the Brenspeed guys running a test techco SC with DR's said I ran a better time than him made me feel good, even if he wasn't happy with it's performance, or was just humoring me LOL.
I feel good about the 12.65 and am sure I could do better with a lot of experience, and or DR's. Ultimately I will probably hit a couple test tune nights for its and giggles, not looking to turn my fun weekend car into a drag dedicated car, just looking for some entertainment. I could see where it would be easy to go full bore to build the fastest car possible, but I want to mostly stick to the street.

Yes indeed. I do have LCA's, but thats it. Had fun indeed!
