Nice races! Now is the 2006 GTO equipped with the LS2? I thought the GT would be a little more competition than that.

yeah, LS2 equipped... the only LS1 year was 2004

I have MT E/T streets now and the grip is amazing :-)... they weren't on during these races though

Good races. Nice song. I just can't believe how much distance you gained from that first launch...that's crazy. On the second, night time run from a dig, did you launch about the same and the GT guy just launched a lot better?

SO ABOUT THAT TRACK DAY, EH?

on the second one from the dig he burned the hell out of his 555R's and got a little bit better launch.... apparently they aren't like my ET streets because even without a burnout I get way too much traction, I actually bog @ WOT from a dig without warming them up in 40 degree weather lol

I won't waste my money on any other drag radial anymore that's for sure

but to answer your question yes, him doing a burnout got him alot more traction

I am probably hitting up US131 next month BTW... hoping I can hit 12's with these tires

A couple thoughts.....

- Your boy can't launch

- Interesting choice in music

- LS2's are slow

I don't have a fast car, you don't have to tell me twice... being blistering fast isn't really something I want in any of my cars at the moment lol

if I had 100K to spend on a vehicle it would be going into a vantage V8... not a ZR1 or viper ACR, I guess I just have different priorities lol XD

US-131 is close to grand rapids... between grand rapids and kalamazoo

one of the most cleanest and well taken care of tracks in the state

Good runs and vid Morbid. You put a hurting on that Stang. I was predicting a closer match than that. He did a lot better from the 40 mph roll though. He must of been in his powerband really good or something.

Oh yea, you'll have no problems hitting 12s with those new tires.
