Well i met my match today! I'll save you all the preliminary details and cut to the chase.
It was a 2004 gt with a Kenne Bell running 11 lbs. of boost. That's all i got out of the guy as we were at a light getting ready to get on the e-way.
We get next to each other, and at about 70 mph (a little high for me) i drop into 3rd...he does the same. I honk it off, and we hit it at the same time. I pull about a 3/4 car length by the top of 3rd. Right as i slam into 4th he starts to gain a little (it seems obvious he's running a longer gear) an then it stays even, with him at my front fender untill the top of 4th (about 115 for me).
We do the same race again, but this time he jumps early, and i'm at his bumper, but can't make up the distance in time. He then merged onto a different e-way.
So all in all i'm pretty happy with the outcome. I wish i could've found out more info on his car though.
Do any of you know what kind of rwhp this car might have. If i had to guess i'd say (based on the results with 11 lbs. of boost) it was bolt ons only with stock gears...maybe 3.55's?

11 pounds of boost? Maybe 430-460rwhp...? Nice runs.
Thanks man! I did a little research, and it appears that that the 9 lb. intercooled KB's put down around 400 rwhp on most 99-04 gt's that have exhaust mods and such. So at 11 lbs. boost maybe 420-430? Hard to say i guess really!

It's hard to believe that anyone would slap a supercharger on a car without doing any bolt on's...that's just another thing to keep in mind.
I agree. If you have 5-6k to spend on a supercharger, then i'm sure you have money to do some supporting mods and bolt ons. I do know that it had a catback at least. Probably more though, considering it was pretty loud.

Well i just got back from Woodward, and guess who i run into??? So i finally had a chance meet the driver, and find out what he has done to it. We also ran 3 times as well.
A 2004 gt, with a Kenne Bell at 11psi, pushing 410 rwhp. It had 3.73 gears, full long tube exhaust, etc.
All runs were done from a 2nd gear roll at around 25-30 mph. Runs 1 & 2 were to about 85-90 mph (top of 3rd) and the 3rd run until 115 mph (top of 4th).
Runs 1 & 2, i have a solid 1/2 car lead. Run 3, is close...we're basically even until it hit 4th, and then i creep VERY slowly to maybe a 1/4 car lead.
Since the first time i ran this guy, i was very curious to know what he had done. It was cool to have a rematch, and know what i was finally running against.

it is probably around 400-425 rwhp at 11 psi and I am sure it was intercooled as well.
