Default Two BMWs...

so i got two short ones for ya

was sitting at a light before i had anything done to the car... two lanes each way with a median in the middle so it was safe. right before the light turns green i see a bmw coming up in the next lane. He was about a car and a half behind me slowing to a stop when the light turnd green and of corse, he does the typical ricer thing and he hit it, blew by me and my buddy in the passenger seat goes "..yea he's racin ya".. it was a 330XI

So i hit it off the line and reel him in after i nail second, pass him and my buddy throws the peace sign out the window haha ..and shut it down for the next light after half way through third, he pulls up next to me at the light and we look over. its a younger kid probably about 18ish in daddy's car. Hes like "damn that car is fu**ing FAST!" My buddy just kinda laughs and gives him a thumbs up when the light turns green i had to make a left turn...

Now, this ones a little better. Driving on the interstate here in rochester late at night about a month or so ago. This nice sounding car comes up behind me and on the side, probably rolling at about 65/70. This was when i had just the intake/tune/pulleys/springs. He had an exhaust but i had to roll the window down to see what kinda car it is..and its an M3... and im thinkin Im gonna get my *** handed to me. So i throw it in third and kinda cruise next to him for a while. I wait till he hits it, hear it wind up and I hit it. dead even, i nail forth and ever so slightly pull about a car length, threw it into 5th and shut down. We do the same race again with the same results and I am very happy. My same buddy was sittin in the pass. seat and was gettin a kick outta the whole thing. I dont know what year or anything but i was content.

Those e92 M3's are beautiful. I'm a huge IS300 fan and they remind me of that bodystyle. Saw a black one with black alloys today on the way home from work. I'd never own one just for the fact that I think BMW owners are non-car guy douche's and even the modded ones are worked on in a shop for major $$$ but that was a great looking car!

Nice race!

I would love to get a m3 for a daily driver....they have really come down in price the last few years, at around 20,000 dollars they are a steal

I think the 4th gens look the best. And they are a bit smaller, more smooth looking.

E92 M3's are a good 6in shorter then E46's.

OP you probably raced an E46, they are only 174in long, so maybe that picture above is misleading.
