lol nice kill.. there is a purple Charger RT(undercover cop) on my girls block that I always see. I'd feel pretty silly if I was caught racing him.. and losing lol.

yeah, thats the thing. i know yall are asking me if i am sure that i didnt just pass a cop or something to make my radar go off. Thing is, as soon as we started shutting them down and i pulled into the slow lane (his lane) the radar went off. Now, if you pass a cop, radar goes off for about 4-5 seconds until you get out of his range. My Passport 8500 went off for like 15-20 seconds and he was the only one behind me.

Either way, i figured that he may have decided since he met his match on the roads that he would let me go. Probably realized what a dick he would look like for racing me twice, losing twice, and then pulling me over cause he was pissed. If he'd beaten me, maybe i would be sitting in jail right now...who knows?

Hah nice runs, I bet it was a seized car. I personally think that's a dickhead move for cops to do that. What a waste of man hours that you, the local taxpayer, pay for. As a LEO, instead of instigating people to break the law you should find people who are ACTUALLY breaking the law and do your job.

Some of them run 12's, stock.

Good runs man, I ran into an SRT8 Jeep up in Chantilly last week, he wouldn't run though (really old guy) but he kept it up with the revs next to me @ the light Never really see SRT8 jeeps around, kind of wish I'd have bought one.

+1. i think i have only seen about 3 or 4 on the roads. i loved the concept of them when they came out. just was never fond of that price tag. i'd definately like to have one to haul the kids around in though.

I almost bought one few years ago, but the MPG ratings scared me off.

Na, they aren't forcing you to street race.

There are dodge chargers in Ruskin, Florida. They race each other down the streets, but they are cool because you can run up to 100MPH on this one road ( its like 30 miles long ) and the cops wont bother you.

Are you serious? Do you see what the OP's putting down? Man the JEEPS are fast but against the OP he didn't stand a chance. I raced a SRT 8 (and yes it was a charger) and I pulled on him pretty hard. We raced to about 90 and I'm preety sure once we climbed into the 100's he would have walked me down pretty bad.
