Track Day and New Best!
Well, headed to Mason Dixon this morning with a local mustang club for a private track rental. This is my 3rd time to the track.........the 2nd time on DRs.........and the first time with LCAs. (Thanks to UMI Performance!!!!)
WOW, what an improvement those LCAs made. No wheel hop whatsoever! Helped me improve on my 60's and ET's tremendously. I put in a total of 16 passes today, averaging around 13.5/13.6.
Here are a few videos from my first 3 passes. I was pretty sluggish at first and babying the clutch. I picked it up at the end of the day and finally got under those damn 2.0 60fts.

I am pretty happy with it. Did a whole 3 tenths of a second better. I'm pretty sure I have a 12 second car, I just need some more seat time. But, I'm getting it.

nice work Laura.... that second vid showed you wondering all over the track!!!
as I'm sure John told you, gotta launch that car harder!!! with DRs ( and some seat time) you should be able to get those 60's down to 1.8Xs and see some very low 13s

Yeah, John was coaching me more towards the end when he was done running his car. He basically told me to drive it like I stole it, lol. I am hoping I get a bit more seat time before the year ends. Thanks Dave.
