I think BB is right here, don't always believe what you see on their site. They hype it up as a selling point, I'm sure they are leaving something out of the equation. Which you wont find out until it comes time to buy the product or after you purchase it and run it and find out its not what they said it was. Then they will tell ya the extra goodies to make more money off ya.

well since you bastards decided to jack my thread lol... I did some research on the caliber in that vid...

They claim the dyno numbers they got are uncorrected for weather... but they never say what the corrected times would have been(if it was some incredible weather that day, their numbers would be lower corrected... the opposite is true too tho)

Also, they are running skinnies out back, and 15s up front with a slick on them. They replaced the brakes with smaller lighter ones. And dodge claims that Caliber SRT4 in stock form to weigh 3189lbs.

The dyno looks kinda ****ty... There's a HUGE spike in TQ right at the beginning to over 500... and then it seems to drop pretty quick to just over 300 at redline. To ME that sounds like spray... But I could be wrong.

This car is easily an 11 second car... but his MPH implies it's a 10 second car... Which i'm not as convinced of. It took my buddy 500whp in his Neon SRT4 to hit anywhere NEAR tens at almost 130mph.

No way a 4 banger is handling 28+ PSI AND nitrous on the stock block. I don't care what kind of "tune" you have.

It can be done but when it's about to hit boost make sure your behind a wall or in a safe area for when stuff starts to fly/explode...

EXACTLY You'll need over 500FWHP to get a Caliber to trap that fast. I'm including a link to the realtune stage 2 turbo sight. It says right in their ad the turbo is good for about 400HP at the most but they are only promising 360HP right now. I also did a quick calulation using an on line reace calulator and it says a 3300+ car (Weight of car plus driver) would need 540 HP to trap 128! I'll include that link also. That kinda time and trap is not happening with a big wheeled compresser stuck in a tiny little TDO4/5 turbo housing. A 128 trap is firmly a bottom 11 high 10 second car. There isn't a stock trubod caliber or Neon SRT-4 going to sniff anywhere near those trap speeds without spray.

I've never actually raced but according to my dyno numbers. I should run 8s on street tires.
