Default gt vs big turbo srt4

well i ran this guy who has a neon, um well "srt-4" haha. and it has a stock motor but he has a garret 60-1 turbo on it. Its really almost the same turbo as what i have. mine is a turbonetics 62-1. He is running like 23-25psi with open downpipe and everything. He said it was over 400whp. my car is only 11psi. we ran from a 60 roll last week and i put two cars on him then i broke two spark plugs and had to limp home. so this week i come back on better spark plugs and raced him. i was pulling it every time. its a fast neon too i was behind it and it was shooting 3 foot flames out from under the car

Nice win. A skittle with a turbo that big can be a real beast if it's set up & tuned right.

I've never actually raced but according to my dyno numbers. I should run 8s on street tires.

I wouldn't be to disapointed. A 60 trim SRT-4 can make 500 to the wheels. Things get shaky on the stock block at that HP# though.

Is it the internals or that actual block? Just curious.

I knew someone would question that as soon as I typed it. It is actually the stock internals.......that comes thru the block.

You can never have too much power, just not enough traction.
