So lets see..me and my friend work together..and we decided that after work wed head downtown to Pullman Plaza (Huntington, W.V.) Well..theres a kid same age as me (18) that works with us..He has a 97 Civic with a bored 2.6..ricer exhaust, big ol tach with shift light..etc. So he always talks trash..so I say go with us..he declines..but races me out of work..We lign up at the top of a hill..and go..I kill it at 110 and look up and hes nowhere to be found..I made the green light..he got stopped at the same light if that says anything. So we head out for downtown..Theres a local parking lot that all the racers hang out at..so I start there..I see a buddy of mine that has a new Eclipse GT..and my god can he talk some trash. We lign up at the light..got a good 1/4th of a mile till the next light. One of the guys does a drop..and we go. He suprised me when we launched..being only at my rear bumber..but started falling to about 1 car legnth by the light. So I chat around with him..then on my way home..pull to a light and see an older Mitsubishi 3000 GT with dual exhaust. He throws a rev..as do I..and we go..He got me by a bumper off the line..but I pulled quickly and had about 2 cars on him by the next light. All in all..a fun night. Now if I could only find that Acura TL with the body kit and wing that throws revs while im pulling into work...
