Default ** Track videos: MY friends cai/axleback S197 runs 12.7

I posted his times last week, we went to the track this weekend for the last day of the season to try to best the old 13.0... the result? 12.7. I am very impressed with this basically stock Mustang. Seat time gave him the advantage, as well as dropping his 60's into the 1.8's. Nothing was changed.... Conditions were nice, 55-60 degrees, i am unsure of the DA. Also in the vid is my friends pulley/exhaust/75 shot 03 cobra and some LS1's all off our local board. enjoy

Wow. What were his '60's like? He left really hard on that F-body at the beginning of the video. What D/R is he running?

Sick runs! What was the date? I can tell you the DA. I am just curious to know what it was.

Now we know every S197 with 2-3 bolt-ons and tires will run 12's, even in an auto.

I wish I had some tires!! DRs are by far one of the most important and most effective bolt on type mod that you can do to any car.

Kool vid OP. Thats pretty impressive for such a lightly modded S197.

Grabber, I DA corrected it to -200k feet. Thats an 11.0 second S197! Don't even try to deny it man!
