Raced my friend's 99 Cobra tonight... video as proof
My friend has a 99 cobra. It has intake, tune, and 3.73's. I believe he said it put down 330/320 to the tire with a DA of 54k. He bought it used, and the previous owner did all the mods.
40-125
Slight chance we wont get a run in, but I'll do my best to get at least a crappy video for proof.
I'm not sure how much the DA would affect the dyno numbers, but i've never personally seen 99 or 01 Cobra dyno more than 320 rwhp even with every bolt on possible. Since it has just an intake and tune, it's probably more like 300 rwhp. With that being said, i think the race is in your favor.

No way he is putting that much power down, even if it was full bolt on car that would be a big stretch. You can't gain 65rwhp with an intake and tune. You should beat him pretty easily.

It effects it just that same as it effects your car at the strip. Less oxygen equals less power.

You can never have too much power, just not enough traction. 11.867 @ 119.35
